Instructions
Preheat the oven, 240°C;
Slice the mushroom and cut the zucchini into strips;
Use a vegetable peeler to ensure constant thick strips;
Mince the parsley and the chives;
Slice the sun-dried tomatoes and the artichoke hearts;
Slice the mozzarella;
With a tablespoon, spread the tomato purée onto the pizza base;
Add mushroom and zucchini;
Toss sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella; scatter herbs;
Bake for 10/15 minutes;
