Thoroughly wash and peel the carrots. Wash the Red Kuri skin;Roughly cut the carrots and the Red Kuri;
Wash 2 lemons and roughly cut them; squeeze the other lemons into juice;
Place the chicken drumsticks in a shallow roasting tin; toss the lemon in; pour the lime juice and season with ground pepper; add Rosemary;
Crush the cloves of garlic and toss in the mix;
Bake for 30 minutes;
Toss the carrots onto the chicken and baste with the lemon and olive oil from the roasting tin;Return the dish to the oven and continue roasting for 20 minutes; baste regularly;
Add the Red Kuri and continue to roast for 20-30 minutes until well cooked; baste regularly;
