Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 250 g Colored Carrots Orange, Yellow, Red, White…
  • 4 Organic Lemons
  • 250 g Red Kuri
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • Rosamary
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C;
  • Thoroughly wash and peel the carrots. Wash the Red Kuri skin;
    Roughly cut the carrots and the Red Kuri;
  • Wash 2 lemons and roughly cut them; squeeze the other lemons into juice;
  • Place the chicken drumsticks in a shallow roasting tin; toss the lemon in; pour the lime juice and season with ground pepper; add Rosemary;
  • Crush the cloves of garlic and toss in the mix;
  • Bake for 30 minutes;
  • Toss the carrots onto the chicken and baste with the lemon and olive oil from the roasting tin;
    Return the dish to the oven and continue roasting for 20 minutes; baste regularly;
  • Add the Red Kuri and continue to roast for 20-30 minutes until well cooked; baste regularly;
  • Enjoy!
