Instructions
Sift the flour, sugar, and spices into a large bowl or into the stand mixer bowl;
Add the butter and process until the mixture well combined;
It should look like sand;
Add the egg and continue to knead for 2 minutes until it forms a ball;
Dust a plate with flour and cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 30 minutes;
Dust a cutting board with flour and roll out the dough into 5 mm thick;
Cut the dough into shapes with cookie cutters; place cookies onto a baking tray;
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned; cool down the cookies on a cooling tray;
