Instructions
Tear off Kale leaves from the stem;
Tear them into medium-size pieces; Quickly rinse;
Cut the Zucchini into spaghetti-shaped stripes;
Rinse the snow peas; Trim edges and cut them in halves or third;
In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Quickly roast the snow peas and shallot;
Cook the pasta according to the pasta package directions; drain and reserve;
