Instructions
Finely chisel the herbs;
Mince the red spring onion;
Finely dice the pink radishes;
Dice the tomato;
Peel and dice the cucumber;
Reserve the vegetables;
Peel and slice the shrimps;
Remove the fishbones and the skin of the sea bream;
Dice the fish;
Squeeze the limes and the lemon;
Immediately stir the sea bream dices in the lime and lemon juice;
Leave it in the fridge to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes;
Dice the avocado;
Take out of the fridge the marinated sea bream;
Combine delicately all the ingredients in a large bowl; add a generous dash of olive oil;
Season with the pepper and a generous dash of lemon;
Scatter some herbs;
Serve on a plate or bring the bowl to share!
