Ingredients

  • 2 Sea Bream Fillets
  • 6 Shrimps
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Roma Tomato
  • 1 Baby Cucumber
  • 1 Red Spring Onion
  • 6 French Radishes
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Limes
  • Chives
  • Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Finely chisel the herbs;
    Mince the red spring onion;
    Finely dice the pink radishes;
  • Dice the tomato;
  • Peel and dice the cucumber;
  • Reserve the vegetables;
  • Peel and slice the shrimps;
  • Remove the fishbones and the skin of the sea bream;
    Dice the fish;
  • Squeeze the limes and the lemon;
  • Immediately stir the sea bream dices in the lime and lemon juice;
    Leave it in the fridge to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes;
  • Dice the avocado;
  • Take out of the fridge the marinated sea bream;
  • Combine delicately all the ingredients in a large bowl; add a generous dash of olive oil;
    Season with the pepper and a generous dash of lemon;
  • Scatter some herbs;
    Serve on a plate or bring the bowl to share!
