Ingredients
Soup:
- 250 gr Red lentils
- 1 carrot
- 1 shallot
- 50 gr sour cream
- chives
- parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Skewers:
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Topping:
- pumpkin seeds
- pines nuts
- chives
Instructions
Red Lentils Soup
- Chop the shallot and dice the carrot;
- In a saucepan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shallot and stir until the shallot becomes translucent;
- Add the carrot and stir for 2 minutes;
- Pour 500 cl of water and the red lentils;Stir and let it simmer for 20 minutes;
- Add the bay leaf for 5 minutes;Take the bay leaf off the saucepan, and add chives and parsley;Add the sour cream;Blend the soup until smooth in a blender or with an immersion blender;
Chicken Skewers
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into medium size pieces of meat;Set the chicken pieces on wood skewers;
- Coat the chicken with sesame seeds;
- Broil the chicken skewers in a frying pan, cook on each side for 7 minutes at medium heat;Pour two tablespoons of soy sauce and continue to cook until glazed;
