Ingredients

  • 300 g Pizza Pasta
  • 50 g Tomato Purée
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Mushroom
  • 50 g Sun-Dried Tomato
  • 80 gr Artichoke Heart
  • 50 g Grated Cheese
  • 80 g Mozzarella
  • Parsley
  • Chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven, 240°C;
  • Slice the mushroom and cut the zucchini into strips;
  • Use a vegetable peeler to ensure constant thick strips;
  • Mince the parsley and the chives;
  • Slice the sun-dried tomatoes and the artichoke hearts;
  • Slice the mozzarella;
  • With a tablespoon, spread the tomato purée onto the pizza base;
  • Add mushroom and zucchini;
  • Toss sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella; scatter herbs;
  • Bake for 10/15 minutes;
