Ingredients
- 80 g Kale
- 50 g Snow Peas
- 1 Baby Zucchini
- 100 g Pasta
- 6 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 500 ml Vegetable Stock
- Chives
- Parsley
- Pepper
Instructions
- Tear off Kale leaves from the stem;Tear them into medium-size pieces; Quickly rinse;
- Cut the Zucchini into spaghetti-shaped stripes;
- Rinse the snow peas; Trim edges and cut them in halves or third;
- In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Quickly roast the snow peas and shallot;
- Cook the pasta according to the pasta package directions; drain and reserve;
- Pour the vegetable stock; add the Zucchini; continue to heat for 3-4 minutes;
- Add the Kale and cherry tomatoes cut in halves; Cook for 5 minutes;
