Ingredients
- 150 gr fresh fettucini
- 6 king praws medium size
- 6 shrimps medium size
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 20 cl tomato coulis
- 1 branch cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- chives
- parsley
- basil
- pepper
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes into large pieces;
- Cut the Zucchini into strips;
- Peel and devein the king prawns and the shrimps;
- In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and add a crushed peeled clove of garlic;
- Pour the tomato coulis and add the large pieces of tomato;Flavor with the chives;
- Let it on low heat for sweating; stir occasionally;
- Blanch the zucchini strips in boiling water for 2 minutes;
- Heat a pot of hot water for the pasta;
- In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook, starting with the king prawns for one minute;Add the shrimps and continue grilling for one minute; scatter with chives and parsley;Grill the other side for 2 minutes;
- Boil the pasta, accordingly to your fettuccine's cooking time;
- On a plate, put a portion of pasta, topped with a large spoon of tomato coulis; add some strips of zucchini;Add the king prawns and the shrimps;Scattered with basil;Scattered with grated parmesan cheese;Enjoy!
Notes
For full home-made recipe, you can make your own tomato coulis ! But you can save time using a unseasoned can of chopped tomatoes or a box of unseasoned tomato coulis. In case you would use you seasoned one, don’t add the herbs in the step #5
