Ingredients
- 100 gr Salmon dices Smoked or Raw
- 100 gr Shrimps
- 1 Avocado
- 100 gr Cherry Tomatoes two colors or more
- 2 Lime
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Xeres vinegar
- Chives
- Parsley
- Basil
- Pepper
For dressing :
- Some leaves Lamb's lettuce
- Sliced Toasted Plain Bread
Instructions
- Dice tomatoes into small pieces. Prefer cherry tomatoes in two or more colors. I like meals to beChop each tomato in half, and again, and again… Into eight pieces from a tomato,
- Squeeze the limes!
- Dice the avocado, and add the lime juice; stir;
- Mince the herbs. Chives, Basil, Parsley;
- Stir all the ingredients; add the oils, pepper, and vinegar;
