Ingredients
- 1 Chicken
- 50 g Soy sauce Prefer a low-salted Soy Sauce
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 150 g Broccoli florets
- 2 Scallions
- 20 g Baby spinach leaves
- 150 g Canton Noodles
- 4 Colored carrots
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- Chives
- Parsley
- Thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Peel and cut the onion in halves; stuff the chicken with the onion, sprigs of thyme, and parsley;Put the poultry into a shallow oven-proof dish;Brush the chicken with soy sauce and olive oil;Pour 5cl of water into the dish;Bake for 90 minutes; baste regularly with the soy sauce from the dish;
- Peel or quickly rinse the mushrooms; cut off the bottom edge; mince the mushrooms;
- Wash and chop the Broccoli florets;
- Peel and wash the carrots; Roughly chop them;
- Mince the scallions;
- Remember to regularly baste the poultry!
- Finely mince the parsley and the chives;
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions; drain well; reserve;In a large frying pan or a wok pan, gently heat the scallions and the carrots; Continually move in a sauté-style for 3 minutes;
- Add the mushrooms and continue sautéing for 4 minutes;Baste the chicken…
- Add the broccoli florets and continue to cook for 4 minutes;
- Add the noodles, stir in with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- Finish roasting the chicken with 2-3 minutes under grill;
